Custom software & automation

Less searching. Less chasing. More useful work.

We sit down with you, understand your frustrations and design a practical solution. Connect separate tools, replace repeated spreadsheet work or build a portal where your team can ask questions and get things done.

A closer look at what we build

The latest scope is attached. We will confirm who should approve new work before it is assigned. Please keep those requests waiting for now.

Understood. The request will stay on hold until the approver is confirmed. I’ve linked the scope and the review step here.

Fictional business · local demo only

Original interactive concepts with fictional data. No live AI, customer records or connected accounts. Actual integrations, permissions and review steps are agreed for your project.

Build around your business

Know what you’re getting.

The proposal defines the exact deliverables, responsibilities and review criteria for your engagement.

A defined workflow and build plan

Map the trigger, inputs, decisions, people and expected result. Record what the system should do when information is missing or something fails.

Connections between your tools

Bring information and actions together through supported integrations. Reduce repeated entry without assuming every tool can connect; access and feasibility are checked first.

A portal built around the work

Timesheets, approvals, customer requests or another defined workflow in one useful application. Give each person the right access and make the next action clear.

Answers from your own information

Where suitable, connect AI chat to approved documents, emails and business data. Show supporting sources, respect permissions and route uncertain answers or important actions to a person.

Checks your team can understand

Test realistic scenarios with synthetic or explicitly approved data. Review permissions, repeat runs, failures and the human steps that remain.

An operating handover

Document the owner, access, dependencies, how to recover and where to get support. Monitoring and ongoing maintenance are agreed explicitly.

A good place to start when…

  • People copy the same information between several tools.
  • Finding an answer means searching spreadsheets, email attachments and stored documents.
  • Timesheets, approvals or follow-ups depend on people chasing each other.
  • Your team needs more capacity, but another disconnected dashboard is not the answer.

Clear from the outset.

  • Feasibility depends on the access and integration options each system permits. We check those before promising a connection.
  • Sensitive or regulated data needs agreed permissions and suitable tools and infrastructure before access. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong; important decisions and actions need agreed review controls.
  • A prototype, a production release and ongoing operation are distinct commitments. Fees, running costs and support are defined in the proposal.

A clear path from brief to delivery.

  1. Understand the work

Walk through one process with the people doing the work. Understand frustrations, information sources and constraints. Compare improving the process, buying a tool and building a solution; AI is optional.

  2. Build and test a useful slice

Agree scope and acceptance checks, then review a working version with the people who will use it. Handle exceptions alongside the main journey.

  3. Release with an owner

Confirm access and readiness, approve the release and document operation and recovery. Additional workflows are scoped as separate changes.
