This notice explains how Pure Path handles information you share when asking about our services or arranging work with us.
What you share
Assessment requests include your name, email, business, optional website and the business problem you describe. Google Ads requests also include the service area and proposed advertising budget. Later, an agreed project may include proposal decisions and onboarding answers.
Share business information only. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, patient information or confidential customer records through the assessment form.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare an agreed scope, deliver services and maintain the related business records. Sending an assessment does not subscribe you to marketing or buy a service.
Service providers
Our hosting and database providers process website and inquiry information. Email providers process service correspondence. If you proceed to a payment or booking, Stripe and Google Calendar process the information needed for their checkout or appointment service under their own notices. This assessment form does not collect your payment-card details.
Our providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to operate and protect their services. Keep private proposal, onboarding and booking links private.
Keeping and removing information
We keep information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver agreed work and maintain business records. You can ask to access, correct or delete information about your inquiry. We review these requests; agreement, payment or dispute records may need to be retained. Copies held by email or payment providers and backups require separate handling.
