Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM Chicago time. Sessions must finish within this window; specific times depend on the booking calendar. A session covers discussion and advice on a bounded question. It does not include implementation, a full business audit or a guarantee that an option is feasible before investigation.

  • Bring one priority, the tools involved and a simple description of the current process.
  • Share what you have tried and what a useful decision would look like. Unknowns are welcome.
  • Use business information only. Do not submit passwords, patient records or other sensitive personal data in the public form.

Cancellation and refunds

With at least 24 hours' notice before your session, you may choose a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are not refundable. If we cancel your session, you will receive a full refund.

Cancelling the calendar event does not by itself issue a refund. Reply to your private booking invitation to reach us and choose a refund or a new time under these terms.

Advice can stand on its own.

Pure Path offers both consulting and implementation. A consulting session helps you understand a problem and compare approaches; a project turns an agreed plan into working software, automation, a website or an advertising setup.

You can use the advice with your team or another provider. If a Pure Path project makes sense, it is an optional next step with its own scope, fee and agreement. You can also approach Pure Path directly without buying a consulting session.
